Agricultural Land & Soil Governance

Zero Broad-Spectrum Pesticides: Synthetic organophosphates and chemical defoliants are strictly prohibited on all partner plots.
Soil Microbiome Benchmarks: Annual testing must verify active mycorrhizal fungi networks and organic matter content above 4.5%.
Mandatory 3:1 Replacement: Three verified root-stock saplings must be planted within 60 days of tree harvest per plot.

Labor Equity & Safety Mandates

Certified Living Wage Standard: All seasonal agricultural laborers must receive wages meeting or exceeding regional living cost indexes.
Mandatory Ergonomic & Safety Gear: Employers must supply Kevlar cut-resistant apparel, eye protection, and certified training sessions.
Hydration & Medical Access: On-site clean potable water, shaded rest shelters, and emergency first aid officers are required on all harvesting parcels.

Logistics & Zero-Landfill Enforcement

100% Chain-of-Custody Tracking: Retail and logistics carriers must document the verified routing of all post-holiday trees to The Recycle Park.
Prohibition of Indoor Open-Fire Disposal: Partners are barred from marketing softwoods as residential fireplace logs to prevent creosote hazards.
Biomass Valorization Reporting: Every ton of processed mulch, bio-cleaner extract, and organic compost must be logged in the public ledger.

Enforcement & Decertification Policy

Failure to adhere to these standard protocols results in immediate revocation of the Evergreen Seal™ license, public removal from the Certified Partner Registry, and termination of Foundation grant funding.
